WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Supporting the Head of Departments
• Travel organization, planning, booking and accounting of business trips, organization of management workshops
• Administrative support, including calendaring, tracking outstanding tasks, meeting minutes, correspondence
• Document management: creating, editing and managing documents and reports
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international environment
• Confidential handling of sensitive data
• Interest in technology, organization and processes
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Very good German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Result oriented and collaborative working style
• Professional organizational and communication skills
