MAIN GOAL:
Managing type related operational equipment for the manufacturing of plastic (injection molding tools) in compliance with the valid process and work instructions within the scope of customer projects.
TASKS:
- Monitoring and ensuring the project due date according to the order to suppliers.
- Control the progress of tool manufacture and accompany external Tryouts.
- Organize and moderate appointments with the tool suppliers.
- Handling change according to change process and the associated checking and approval of tool data.
- Systematic and technical support on problem solution within the scope of tool/process and plastic part release process.
- Review and approval of tool data.
- Procurement of pre-production parts according to process instructions.
- Monitoring and continuous updating of the dates in the planning system.
- Reporting the project progress and updating the planning in the planning system.
- Start of TeamCenter workflows to generate measurement reports.
- Starting TeamCenter workflows to request tool data.
- Prompt notification of delays in critical deadlines.
- Be the interface between production and development areas and tool suppliers.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- University degree (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastic engineering).
- Several years of professional experience in similar areas (tool management, construction, etc.) is an advantage.
- Project management experience desirable.
- Knowledge of English - level B2.
- Knowledge of 3D programs is an advantage.
- Profound knowledge on setup and function of plastics tools.
- Good knowledge of the injection molding process and plastics processing.
- Experience in DFM and injection molding simulation interpretation.
- Negotiation skills and good supplier.
