MAIN GOAL:

Main responsible for lead, asses and provide technical feedback to development team, in regards of manufacturability of plastic components and their injection molding manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Group-wide representation of production in the product development pro-cess, definition and cooperation in the integration of production processes in production in participation in the "simultaneous engineering" – process

  • Main responsible for lead, asses and provide technical feedback to develop-ment team, in regards of manufacturability of plastic components and their injection molding manufacturing process.

  • Definition and ongoing optimization of the manufacturing processes, consid-ering the existing and required resources to ensure cost-effective, high-qual-ity product manufacture

  • Process know-how carrier: process development/series support & process planning in the field of plastics

  • Fulfillment of the tasks and instructions given by the superior in the specified date

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• • University degree, preferably technical degree (plastic or material engineering, mechanical engineering, automation / mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.).
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in similar areas.
  • Well-founded knowledge of manufacturing technology (injection molding & plastic raw part manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of Injection molding processes, preferably automotive lightning.
  • Knowledge of DFM and injection molding simulation interpretation.
  • Knowledge of English - level B2.
