WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITES?

• Collaboration in Group Sales Controlling, e.g. execution of the monthly closing as well as active communication with the site controlling in AT, SK, CN and MX
• Creating Group reporting and contributing to its ongoing development
• Project management for digitization projects in the area of sales reporting, including documentation and roll-outs
• Ensuring and continuously improving reporting and data quality
• Creation of various documentation such as work instructions, process descriptions, training manuals, etc.
• Ongoing support with corporate planning
• Contact person for Controlling for the Sales department

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Completed commercial education (FH, university or similar) with specialization in finance, controlling or accounting preferred
• Professional experience is an advantage but not a must
• Very good IT skills (in particular MS Office, SAP preferred)
• Affinity for numbers and analytical skills
• Flexibility and commitment as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team & hands-on mentality
