Platform Architect (m/f/d)

TASKS:

  • Identification of potential cross-variant synergies within the ZKW product portfolio
  • Development of a competitive standard architecture for electromechanical modules
  • Implementation of the standard architecture in ongoing enquiry and customer projects
  • Development of a platform roadmap for sub-systems
  • Derivation of necessary technology projects on the basis of the roadmap
  • Technical coordination of the global enquiry, development and series projects to ensure the target KPIs based on the standard architecture
  • Conduct maturity peer reviews with the sub-system teams
  • Approval of design guidelines and training materials derived from them

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (FH) in product management, product development, industrial engineering or proven experience in a similar position
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical management position is an advantage 
  • Excellent planning, coordination, problem solving and communication skills

  • Extensive knowledge of customer/quality regulations or standards and methods in the automotive sector, competitive analysis/benchmark, basics of simulation, product development and others.

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • For this position we offer a minimum salary of € 3.310,48 gross/month (according to collevtive agreement). The actual salary depends of course on professional experience and qualifications
