WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Team & Office Administration: Organizing meetings and business trips, scheduling for the team and Group VP, visitor registration, handling minor admin tasks (e.g., monthly coffee billing)

• IT Purchasing Process: Handling purchase orders in Ariba Guided Buying, receipt confirmations, supporting invoice verification, ordering IT equipment and services, managing licenses (e.g., Adobe, Autodesk)

• Team Support: Preparing onboarding equipment for new employees, completing admin forms, receiving and distributing mail and packages

• Project & Budget Support: Data preparation and visualization, document archiving, assisting with SharePoint access and project support tasks

• Communication & Marketing: Contributing to internal IT communications (e.g., MyZKW App, internal magazine), documentation of IT results

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Completed commercial education (e.g., business school, vocational training)

• First experience in assistance, project coordination, or IT-related fields preferred

• Confident use of MS Office, ideally Ariba or SAP knowledge

• Organized, reliable, and communicative personality

• Fluent in German and English
