MAIN GOAL:

Supporting the shift / team leaders in the analysis of start-up, and series problems (product / process / plant). Improvement of part and process quality of injection molding.

TASKS:

• Identify and document product/process weaknesses on the basis of analyses in production.
• Investigation/analysis of rejects including the initiation of measures in coordination with the area manager.
• Self-responsible for the sample production process and the documentation in the action lists.
• Troubleshooting in cooperation with supporting areas and execution of fault analyses.
• Identify optimization potentials (product / process / plant) in the series production phase, develop, coordinate, initiate and accompany improvements.
• Support project teams during new start-ups (task force and launch teams).
• Analysis of the complete process chain MCS (machine, CI, Devices, process parameters, documentation, part handling, packaging assessment).
• Supporting internal / external complaint handling according to 8-D on instruction.
  

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Advanced technical knowledge regarding the production technologies used in the department.
• Advanced methodological knowledge "Quality" (e.g. selected tools for graphical process analysis, process capability, regulation of processes, special characteristics, problem-solving process according to 7-STEP, SOS).
• Basic knowledge of the essential Q-standards of the automotive industry (e.g. ISO/TS 16949, FMEA).
• Knowledge of "Lean" methods (e.g. 6S, SMED, KATA).
• IT user skills (e.g. Office, Sharepoint, Andon, Teamcenter, MES (TIG)).
