MAIN GOAL:

Guarantee the customer service through delivering quality products from beginning of the program until it expires in the company.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• • Analysis of functional failures of internal claims
  • Analysis of claimed parts from field claims.
  • Support in the analysis of claimed parts from 0km claims.
  • Support in the pre analysis of purchased parts.
  • Processing according to test specifications agreed with the customer.
  • Follow up of tests that take place outside the own lab.
  • Data acquisition and evaluation in the CAQ system.
  • Interpretation and documentation of test results.
  • Communication of the test results to the sponsor, customer quality or in consultation directly to the
    customer (e.g. via a B2B portal).
  • Participation in a situational problem solving team.
  • Cooperation in the creation and maintenance of specific test specifications.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• • Knowledge of Problem-solving techniques.
  • IT knowledge (MS Office programs, Team Center, SAP).
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Advanced expirience with FORD.
