MAIN GOAL:

Leading the employees in the area (e.g. STL, process technicians, process validators, adjusters) and ensuring the production process.

TASKS:

• Leading the daily key performance indicator discussion in the Daily Meeting.
• Daily reconciliation of the production plan with production planning.
• Daily identification of focus areas and initiation of corrective actions with STL, Process Engi-neers / Process Validators.
• Coordination of quality issues with internal suppliers/customers.
• Participating in div. projects (e.g. improvement projects). 
• Leading employee appraisals.
• First contact person for compensation issues.
• Developing training plan for employees in this area.
• Checking the level of knowledge (e.g. after training courses) Querying the knowledge at regular intervals.
• Documentation of defined optimizations.
• Supervision and transfer of optimizations from SMED analyses to supporting areas.
• Control / monitoring of personnel requirements.
• Cleanliness, order, safety and environment.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Knowledge of the production technologies used in the department.
• User knowledge "Lean" (e.g. 6S, OEE, SMED, Kanban).
• Basic knowledge of business administration.
• 3-4 years of experience in areas personnel management.
• Knowledge of English.
