Responsibility:

• Carry out efficient activities in relation to the packaging of materials in the areas of Injection Molding, HC, Metallized and Assembly. 
• Carry out alternating packages of the part numbers requested by personnel from the areas of Injection Molding, HC, Metallized and Assembly. 

Tasks:

• • Packing tests (drop tests, transport tests, packaging impact on product quality).
  • Creation of packaging instructions.
  • Cooperation with production teams and projects in terms of packaging development.
  • Search and communication of suppliers.
  • Packaging data management: suppliers, dimensions, material, price.
  • Approach for "Design at cost" and "Design to production".
  • Coordination, inspection and approval of the packaging proposal of the purchased parts
  • Punctual purchase of the internal and external packaging according to the project milestones. 
  • Calculation of packaging required for budget planning.
  • Planning and monitoring of CAPEX.
  • Packaging simulations in PackAssistant.
  • Packaging validations (physical validation of the packaging proposal with projects, engineering, quality).

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• University degree in industrial engineering, logistics or related.
• Work experience 2-3 years in similar position.
• Experience in Packaging.
• Experience in automotive industry.
