MAIN GOAL: 

Coordination of Customer Orders.

TASKS:

• Reception/processing/analysis of demand.
• Main contact with customer.
• Coordinating logistic claims and debiting in case it applies.
• Monitoring of score in portal and coordinating activities internally to achieve the target.
• Maintain client portals.
• Ensure shipment according to the customer’s requirement.
• Maintain FG master data (BOM/Product version/routing/MRP1/MRP2/M3P3/MRP4/Classification/Basic data).
• Coordinate engineering changes to avoid obsolete.
• Analyze demand and generate a production plan aligned to the inventory policy (series/services).
• Coordinate internal escalations to ensure the production plan is executed.
• Generate/update BOM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree (industrial engineering, supply chain or related).
• 3-4 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge in SAP Advanced (modules SD/MM/PP).
• Knowledge of some of these customers GM/Ford/Mercedes.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• University degree (industrial engineering, supply chain or related).
• 3-4 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Intermediate English.
• Excel advanced.
• Knowledge in SAP Advanced (modules SD/MM/PP).
• Knowledge of some of these customers GM/BMW/Ford.
