MAIN GOAL:

Continuous overview of warranty cases and support of warranty handling and thus maximization of the commercial effects for ZKW.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• • Regular coordination with the QCM's of the sites on current warranty cases and negotiations.
  • Regular review of the COPQ status with the QCMs.
  • Ongoing evaluation and visualization of warranty processing per customer.
  • Proactive reaction to risks identified in the course of ongoing warranty evaluation.
  • Initiation of assessments and measures of potentially warranty issues.
  • Consideration of market-specific general conditions both on the product and in the course of the warranty process.
  • Supporting in evaluating warranty agreements and sub-areas in applicable documents related to warranty and negotiating with customers.
  • Contract review, contract agreements.
  • Reconciliations from the RFQ.

    • Strategic Planning.
    • Financial Performance.
    • People Management.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• • Knowledge of Problem solving techniques.
  • IT knowledge (MS Office programs, Team Center, SAP).
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Advanced experience with customers Tier 1. 
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Experience of at least 5 years as Quality Manager.
  • Valid USA Visa.
