| Manager Customer Service Quality (Silao, MX plant) |
MAIN GOAL:
In this challenging position you will be responsible to leadership and coordination of customer service staff.
RESPONSABILITIES:

- Ensuring customer support for quality from the beginning of series produc-tion up to the end of the spare parts obligation of a product.
- Customer support and satisfaction, expert on Ford and BMW among others is a plus.
- Management of customer portals, in the presence of the respective customer.
- Cost site monitoring and control.
- Plan and implement defined IMS goals for your own Business Processes.
- Define the actions for deviations in the plan, while respecting the IMS specifications.
- Customer care according to the assigned product and/or assigned to the customer as described in the PQCC worker's job description.
- Meeting the targets for costs, deadlines and quality for the customer service group.
- Transmission of targets to customer service employees.
- Implementation of personnel, investment and training planning for the customer service group in an intimate manner with the head of the department PQ.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, quality standards
- Knowledge of quality instruments (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D)
- Strong English skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive supply industry.
- Knowledge in quality management and quality tools.
- Advance knowledge of AIAG and VDA 6.3.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Valid USA Visa required.
- Experience as Qualit Manager for at least 5 years.
