MAIN GOAL:

Design of parts and short assemblies in the ZKW product field:

• • On time development according to the assigned tasks.
  • Fulfill the defined part/assembly requirements.
  • Ensure the required data quality standards (customer / ZKW).
  • Make sure that the CAD models describes the item correctly and fulfill the formal requirements as well as simple tolerance analyze.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• • Establish of virtual models including documentation and specification regarding to the defined standards on the 3D CAD system (3D-Master). Managing CAD data from single parts and small assemblies in the PDM system.
  • Further detail tasks description is according to assigned role descriptions.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• • Basic knowledge of plastics/sheet metal/ die casting and basic design knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CATIA or NX.
  • Advance knowledge of Core Tools.
  • Advance knowledge of IATF 16949.
  • Advance knowledge of AIAG and VDA 6.3.
  • Creativity and affinity to industrial design.
