MAIN GOAL:

Guarantee systematic execution of process, product, and requalification audits, ensuring conformity, best practices, and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

TASKS:

• Lead, plan, and monitor the execution of product, process, and requalification audit plans.
• Assign and coordinate activities of the audit engineering team.
• Consolidate and analyze audit results to define corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and present monthly audit reports to PQS Management.
• Ensure the timely follow-up of short audits and escalate systemic risks.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying weaknesses and implementing corrective actions in coordination with related departments.
• Support the PQS team by validating updates of control plans through APIS.
• Provide coaching and development to the audit engineers under supervision.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, audits, or manufacturing (preferably automotive).
• Previous experience leading teams or projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced knowledge of IATF.
• Advanced knowledge of Core Tools.
• Advanced knowledge of VDA 6.3.
• Advanced knowledge of Problem Solving.
• Advanced knowledge of Core Tools.
