MAIN GOAL:

Main responsible for lead, asses and provide technical feedback to development team, in regards of manufacturability of plastic components and their injection molding manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of customer inquiries.
• Qualification of new components and raw materials, meeting cost, quality targets.
• Participation in the simultaneous engineering process and support the development of visibly manufacturing oriented designs. 
• Definition of the product data structure.
• Supervision of the pre-series production.
• Cooperation in test planning and documentation (process analyses, process releases-PSO).
• Creation of work instructions and time recordings, etc.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• University degree, preferably technical degree (plastic or material engineering, mechanical engineering, automation / mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.).
• 3-4 years of professional experience in similar areas.
• Well-founded knowledge of manufacturing technology (injection molding & plastic raw part manufacturing).
• Knowledge of Injection molding processes, preferably automotive lightning.
• Knowledge of DFM and injection molding simulation interpretation.
• Knowledge of English - level B2.
